A rail can fit the stairs while the chair still needs a closer look. Take time with the movements you will repeat each day.

Sit. Turn. Stand.

Try the seat and swivel. Ask where you will board, leave the chair and keep a walking aid.

Put the controls in your hands.

Try the belt, armrest switch and folding parts. Discuss powered options where they help you.

Compare equipment.
Compare the people behind it.

A manufacturer, seller and installation provider can play different roles. Keep the exact model and service arrangements on the same page.

Before you decide

Useful questions, clear answers.

What type of lift should I start with?

One uninterrupted straight flight is a starting point for a straight rail. Turns, landings and parking extensions need a closer assessment. Start with your complete route rather than picking a chair from a photograph.

Can I compare new, used and rental options?

Ask about professionally reconditioned and rental equipment as well as new. Suitability and availability depend on your staircase and the provider. Compare setup, minimum terms, warranty, servicing and removal.

Are these photographs from Worcester?

No. These are authorized partner equipment and consultation photos, not our local installations. They do not promise a particular model or provider at your address.

How can I request a quote?

Use the quote form to describe your stairs and location. The receiving team will check potential provider availability. A request is not a booking or a guaranteed quote.
